北京大学医学部国际合作处是医学部对外合作与交流的管理和服务部门，其主要职责是：
- 建立和保持北京大学医学部与国外大学、科研机构、基金会等单位的联系与合作，开拓海外医学教育；
- 接待世界各国来访的教授、专家、学者和外籍教员；管理医学部国际合作与交流项目，举办国际会议、涉外讲座和研讨班；
- 办理医学部人员因公短期出国（出境）及国（境）外人员来华的聘请手续；
- 招收外国及台港澳学生并处理有关留学生的涉外事务等。
国际合作处下设综合办公室、留学生办公室和医学教育海外培训中心，附属设施有留学生公寓和留学生餐厅（碧香阁）。
The Office of International Cooperation (OIC) oversees the planning of Peking University Health Science Center s (PUHSC) international relations by attending a broad range of responsibilities.
OIC executes the Peking University s policies regarding external affairs and the coordination of international academic exchange. The office is responsible for exploiting the market of medical education abroad, handling international conference requests, keeping contact information and relations with foreign universities, scientific research institutions and foundations. The office also oversees foreign visits to PKUHSC, it invites foreign experts to PUHSC, participates in student recruitment, receives foreign students, scholars and visiting professors to PUHSC. In addition, OIC assists the travel of many doctors, teaching and administrative staff going abroad on official university business by handling passport and visa arrangement.
OIC has established many sub offices to handle these broad responsibilities: the Office of International Cooperation (OIC) has three divisions:Divison of General Affairs,Division of International Students Affaire,Divison of International School for Medical Education. The Foreign Students Office and Foreign Students Dining-Room(Bi Xiang Ge)are also under the administration of OIC.
